Mumbai: A relative of the owner of IPL franchise Chennai Super Kings with whom Bollywood actor Vindoo Randhawa, arrested in connection with the spot-fixing scandal, was in frequent touch, is under the scanner of Mumbai Police, Crime Branch sources in India said.
