Kolkata, Oct 24 (PTI) Indian archers bagged six gold, two silver and three bronze medals to reign supreme in the Dhaka leg of the Asian Grand Prix today.

Ruling the roost, India clinched top spots in all the categories, apart from the women's compound section, according to the Archery Association of India.

In the men's recurve section, Athens Olympian Tarundeep Rai returned to form clinching the individual gold. The recurve trio of Rai, Pawan Xalxo and Kapil then earned India the second gold.

Veteran two-time Olympian Dola Banerjee bagged the women's recurve individual gold before helping the team to earn the fourth yellow metal.

In the final, two-time Olympian Dola beat compatriot Belsari Narsary, who settled for the silver.

Vardhineni Pranitha and L Bombayla Devi were the other two members of the Indian women's recurve team.
