New Delhi, Oct 27 (PTI)
An NRI woman Vijayasree Voora, who fled the US with her son following a divorce dispute with her husband and dodging the police of three states for over two years, was apprehended and produced in the Supreme Court today by CBI.

The apex court, while declining to grant interim custody of the seven-year old child to either of the spouse present in the court, came down heavily on the failure of the police of Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh to arrest the woman dubbing it as "very disgraceful".

The court directed CBI to supervise his care at the CPWD guest house in the national capital and posted the matter for further hearing to next Wednesday.
