Hyderabad, Nov 2 (PTI) A total of 43 nominations were filed today for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) elections scheduled to be held on November 23.

With today's nominations, their total number so far is 53, State Election Commission sources said.

As per the schedule announced for the civic polls in the Andhra Pradesh capital, the last date for nominations is November six. The nomination papers would be scrutinised on November seven and the last date for withdrawal is November 10.

Elections for 150 municipal divisions would be held on November 23 and counting would be taken up on November 26.
