Noida, Nov 3 (PTI)
A 14-year-old boy, who was arrested under the Gangster Act by the police here, was granted bail at the police station after the SSP's order.

The boy, a resident of Sector 71, was arrested in March for auto theft along with three other accused. He got bail and was living at his house, police said.

The police later clamped the Gangster Act on auto thieves. He too was booked under the act and arrested on Sunday. In the FIR he was shown adult which led to the mistake of invoking of the Act against him.

On SSP A K Singh's order he was released on Monday night, police said today.
