The Commission said that it has taken up the issue of the amendment of Bodh Gaya Temple Management Act, 1949 with the Chief Minister of Bihar and has also recommended the inclusion of Bhoti language in the VIII schedule of the Constitution to the Ministry of Home Affairs.
