Chennai, Nov 6 (PTI) Madras High Court has made it clear that no student from any school following the Central Board of Secondary Education syllabus should be prevented from participating in sports events conducted by the Tamil Nadu Education Department.

In his order on a batch of 15 writ petitions by parents and CBSE school students and school managements, Justice K Chandru said the interim oder will remain in force till the government spelt out a policy keeping in mind students' interests.
