Islamabad, Nov 6 (PTI) Pakistan today said India's alleged involvement in fomenting terrorism in this country will be taken up with the Indian government.

Troops conducting operations against militants in South Waziristan had allegedly recovered Indian-made weapons, maps and documents, Foreign Office spokesman Abdul Basit claimed.

Except for India, the world had acknowledged Pakistan's sacrifices in eliminating terrorism from the region, he said.

"India is the only country that does not acknowledge our services in eliminating terror. It is indeed unfortunate," he told state-run PTV.

Responding to a question, he said India immediately starts blaming Pakistan whenever any incident occurs on its soil.

Despite having information of alleged Indian involvement in fomenting unrest in Pakistan, Islamabad had remained cautious and waited for "concrete evidence" about the abetment of terrorists, he said.
