New Delhi, Nov 7 (PTI) Seven school children had a miraculous escape this morning when their mini-bus overturned after being hit by a truck in north Delhi area.

The students of DPS Mathura Road were getting into their mini-bus near Kashmere Gate here at 7:30 AM when the truck hit the vehicle from the back. Three girls and four boys sustained minor injuries as the vehicle overturned, police said.

They were immediately rushed to Bara Hindu Rao Hospital. While six of them were discharged after treatment, one student is still admitted. The bus driver was also injured in the incident.

The truck driver fled the spot after the incident, police said.
