CM Adityanath releases 'book of achievements' on first anniversary of UP govt's 2nd term

Lucknow, Mar 25 (PTI) The Yogi Adityanath government in Uttar Pradesh on Saturday released a book listing its achievements to mark the first anniversary of its second term in the state.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath released the book titled, 'Six Years: Good Governance, Development, Employment - Double Engine Government' at a press conference held at Lok Bhavan. According to the book, action has been taken against 63,055 criminals under the Gangster Act and against 836 offenders under the National Security Act (NSA).

Movable and immovable properties worth over Rs 9022 crore were confiscated under the Gangster Act, and properties worth more than Rs 2,819 crore, which were illegally acquired by the mafia, have also been attached, it said.
