Gleneagles Global Health City sets up new Cath Lab

Chennai, Oct 12 (PTI) Gleneagles Global Health City has launched an advanced Philips Azurion 7 C12 cath lab facility that would ensure minimum hospitalisation, reduce risk of complications for patients, faster procedures besides providing better outcome overall, the healthcare major said on Wednesday.

The lab would provide space for procedures for various departments including cardiology, neurology, vascular surgery and interventional radiology.

"Opening of a state-of-the-art cath lab is yet another major development for our hospital, which is always striving to improve the standard of healthcare," said Gleneagles Global Health City CEO Alok Khullar in a press release.
