Bengaluru, Dec 12 (PTI) The Karnataka government and a non-profit organisation on Monday announced the graduation of the inaugural cohort of 'Indian Administrative Fellowship', as part of which 10 senior corporate executives supported senior bureaucrats in state departments to address "critical developmental challenges".

Aimed at building robust public-private collaborations to augment capacity and deliver effective governance, the state government in July 2021 had welcomed 10 top corporate executives from the private sector to work alongside high-ranking bureaucrats through the fellowship, a first-of-its-kind programme by The/Nudge Institute.

The inaugural cohort today completed their 18-month term with the government by creating "highly successful" outcomes, and were felicitated by Karnataka Governor Thaawarchand Gehlot at Raj Bhavan here, The/Nudge Institute said in a release.
